Silicone instead of Metal

These baking molds are made of silicone, a material that withstands heat while remaining flexible. This is the difference from metal molds: silicone is not rigid but pliable. After baking, simply turn the mold upside down or gently press from underneath – the finished cake falls out without sticking or breaking.
